Rinki Kumari, Senior Dietitian at Fortis Hospital, emphasized the impact of personalized nutrition on recovery from complex surgeries such as Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG). She highlighted how targeted nutritional approaches, including total parenteral nutrition (TPN), enhance patient outcomes. Additionally, she addressed the increasing stress levels among remote workers, advocating for tailored dietary solutions to combat the associated health risks.
